New Year’s Eve Menu


We will serve our New Year’s Eve menu on the 31st of December.

You can choose the 5 courses (EUR 95) or 6 courses (EUR 110).

Welcome Amuse and Glass of Prosecco for all.


Antipasti – Starters

Sea Bass tartar wrapped in cabbage and crunchy bread, smoked pachino tomato sauce, basil chlorophyll.


Cream of Pecorino di Fossa, Sichuan marinated egg yolk, truffle.



Primi Piatti – First Courses

Risotto with caramelized red radish with organic Toma di Malga cheese.



Secondo Piatto – Main Course

Red mullet filet, crunchy panissa, seasonal vegetables, sauce of Arneis.


Our version Filetto alla Rossini with truffle and foie gras.



Dolce / Dessert

Chesnut, orange, rosmery symphony.



Our festive menu follows the Italian tradition, we can
adjust the menu only for vegetarians options.
