Christmas & New Year’s Eve Menu

 


We will serve our Christmas & New Year’s Eve menu on the 25th, 26th and 31st of December.

You can choose 4 courses (EUR 68, only available for lunch) and the 5 courses (EUR 78) or 6 courses (EUR 88).

Antipasti – Starters


Brandacujun: Stockfish, pumpkin, black ink fish chip
Liver Terrine Pate’: Chicken liver pate’, Colonnata Lard, brioche bread.

 

 

Primi Piatti – First Courses


Risotto Porcini: Porcini mushrooms, crunchy chestnuts
Agnolotti del Plin: stuffed pasta, brown sauce, fresh truffles

 

Secondo Piatto – Main Course


Saltimbocca alla Romana: Veal fillet, Parma ham chip, caramelized foie gras.

 

Dolce / Dessert


Torrone scomposto: Nougat mousse, orange sorbet, dry fruits crumble, tangerine sauce.

 


Our festive menu follows the Italian tradition, we can
adjust the menu only for vegetarians options.
